Our Why

I always tell myself your "why" is what makes you go. It's what makes you never give up. It gives you a purpose. So, here is our why.

Since Harrison and I (Shelli) have been together, we have seen and experienced a lot. We haven't seen the worst of the worst, thankfully, but we have seen bad times and we've seen the best of the best. We want everyone around us to experience Jesus, love, and acceptance. We want people to know that they can be successful, overcome anything that is in their way, and that they are worth every penny in the world. That is our why for being happy.

In the moment, we are living our healthiest lives. Of course, we indulge every now and then, but we are striving to live as healthy as possible, while on a "normal" budget. We engage in physical activity at least three times a week and we want to be healthy and fit. We both have cases of medical issues in our families that are terminal, so we want to live a lifestyle that is healthy and fit before those medical conditions have a chance to swing at us. While we are living healthy and fit, we want others to know they can do it, too. We want others to know that it is possible to live a healthy and fit life in this world. We want to see others happy in their skin and see them living their healthy lives. That is our why for living a healthy life.

We have made it this far financially all because of our own will. We have paid off debts and are on our road to being completely debt free.We paid for our wedding. We bought our own cars before we were married. We both have paid for all of our bills since we were 18. We have both been on our own before we became one. We want others to know that it is possible to get out of debt. We want others to know they don't have to worry about how they are going to pay for bills or for their next meal. We want others to know there is another answer out there. That is our why for living a wealthier life.

You see, our why stems from ourselves, but it really boils down to others. We simply want others happy, healthy, and wealthy. We get that life happens, and we want to be an example to show others that it is possible to be happy, healthy, and wealthy while living a normal life.
